Booking is essential in advance of using your voucher and your voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking. The original voucher must be presented on arrival (no photocopies or screenshots will be accepted). An alternative method of payment will be required if you do not pre-book or present the original voucher. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cannot be exchanged for other products. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Cannot be applied to existing bookings. All our standard vouchers have a 12 month validity period to enable you plenty of time to use them. They cannot be used after the 12 months under any circumstances. The venue cannot guarantee the availability of any chosen service so your preferred date may not be available and you will need to select an alternative date. Please pay close attention to the details on your voucher as in many cases there are separate vouchers for midweek and the weekend and they can only be used at such times.
